1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, make a transaction, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email, phone number, and business details.

We temporarily process end-user PII (Personally Identifiable Information) submitted via our API strictly for the purpose of forwarding it to NSDL/UTI infrastructure.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To process transactions and send related information (e.g., confirmations, receipts).
• To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

3. Data Retention and Security

We do not permanently store end-user Aadhaar or biometric data. Application data is held temporarily until a success/failure callback is received from the provider, after which sensitive artifacts are purged. Access logs and transaction metadata are retained for compliance and auditing purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We share necessary data strictly with authorized API providers (NSDL/UTI) to facilitate the service. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
