1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by PanKart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

We provide programmatic API access to NSDL PAN verification and application generation. These services are provided "as-is" relying on government portal uptime. We act only as a technology routing layer.

3. User Obligations and KYC

• You must provide accurate integration details.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of the individuals whose data you process via our APIs.
• Any misuse of the API for fraudulent applications will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.

4. Wallet & Payments

All API hits are charged on a prepaid basis via the platform wallet. Charges apply per successful acknowledgment generation from NSDL. Failures at our end or the provider's end do not incur charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

PanKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption caused by provider downtime.
